i got ripped off too didnt refinance my loan sold to american mortage they didnt refinance either what stupid people buy mortages that dont refinance appraised my house and property far more than the value only did guess appraseal never sent appraiser couldnt talk to them no one can speak
english people are all enexperenced now i am in forcloser they wont get the money out of this place i learned alot from these carpet beggars i told them the place needs a new house the out buildings need to be torn down they wont work with you at any cost i hope they choke on this place and they will the good part about this is my wife isnt on the mortage so she can buy a house as

option one mortage was sold to american home mortage after they ripped off a lot of consumers they were owned by hr block the rip off tax people they should be envestgated by the gov and procuted their crooks boy cott the tax place dont do your taxes there

not surprised id deduct that off my taxes if i were you i got ripped off late fees and interest i filed it off my taxes its legal let the irs go after them property taxes is tax deductable any way so is interest id file it under property taxes and interest if i were you

I had a loan with Option One Mortgage. I moved out of the house when I could not pay the bill. I talked to the workout department and was told to move m=back in the house. I moved back in and they wanted 9000 to work-out the payment. They had told me that they would accept 3500.00.= 1500 note. I sent them the 3500.00. They refused the 3,500 payment and forclosed on the house. Kept the 1500 and paid the property taxes and the insurance and would not give me the 1500.oo back.
