Option One reports in error to the credit agencies, even if the spouse, for example, is not on the note; just on the deed. They use inflamatory people on the phone, that use comments of degradation and
insult to motivate; they will not let you talk back to them. If you do, a few of these peckerheads delight in saying they themselves will start a
foreclosure on you and your home. I reported them to the FTC and that is where hundreds of complaints should go. These people are the sewer rats of all lending institutions. Their managers are *** in punishing people over the phone. They will try to scare you to death to get you to refinance and pay the penalty for ever having them lend you
money. The rats overthe phone need to be tracked down and eliminated.
