I'm am so stressed and pissed at option one. I was put into a arm saying it was my best plan for the time... and its been nothing but grieve since. I am disabled on a fixed income and every time i'm late they add to the payment and ask for thousands down to keep the house. they are ruthless. anybody wanting to take action please email me, my payment went from 1800 to 3060 and they always want money down to modify, they also say that they would rather take the house then fight. when you call them they always switch you to india and they make the deals... thats how they get paid, even their employees think they are rippoffs.
