I exhausted all my efforts on the loan modification program of option one mortgage. Firts, they put me on a payment plan that I could not afford . Then they told me my lender would not allow loan modification then later they solicited again and advise that my lender does allow loan modification. The representative of my loan just decided to decline my almost approved loan modification because she thought I hanged up the phone on her when in fact I expleained that I was at work and my supervisor was in fornt of me. I called the next day to tell her I was going to send in the paper she needed to approve the loan modification but she said do not even bother because she will have her supervisor decline it. Months had passed and I even asked the Better Business Bureau to intervene only to find out this company is not a member of this institution. People at option one mortgage bounced my loan from one department to another, with people in between asking for down pymnts so high that I could not afford and they claim that they are helping me. They offered to freeze my interest but with a monthly pymnt that is three times the original pymnt I have been making. Now, all I could hear them say to help me is sell my house. I am not done with them . Maybe I will lose my house/home but not without a fight. We should all get together to stop these predators. When they don't help homeowners like us save our home they don't help America save its economy. Greedy business administrators like them should look into this crisis in a global point of view. I just feel sorry for them that they think they're professionals. They have forgotten the value of humanity and just have measured people through numbers and houses foreclosed. Eventually if they don't wake up to their senses they will have to shut down and die with all their foreclosed properties.
