I'm disabled and trying to feed myself, my wife and five children. i've lived in this home for 16 years and always made my payments, they sucked me into a ARM and now its eating me up. you would think that they would re-fi us to a lower rate and lower payment that we can handle but no can do. they had someone out taken pics and harassing me on my front lawn... i'm pissed. lets all get together and sue for millions and
refi with a real mortgage co. they started me at 5.9 now i'm 11.9 my payment went from 1300-1800- now at 2500, my disabilty
money does not even cover, its borrow time from every
family member. i'm PISSED. then you call them and get
india... whats that about, no wonder we are all in trouble.

I know how you feel. I am going threw the same thing and i amdisabled to with Parkinson's Disease. Not only they giving me hard time and calling me herassing me before my grace period is enev up. They ruiend my credit too. They do not care about us people. I hope this sale of Option one to WL Ross & Co. LLC there new name will be American Home Mortgage Investment Corp. I hope this new company has better manors and helps the disabled and the people on this Arm loan and get them a better low interest loan. Time will tell. Option One has gone to ***. Prayers for this new company
