I am one of the victims here. After 8 years of working hard to keep my dream of homeownership, Option one is returning my payments because I fell behind on a monthly mortgage due to two deaths in my family. Where is the compassion and customer care? I'm am willing to pay up my late payments but Option one wants me on the street. Is this fair? Can anybody hear us? We are working, tax-paying Americans here willing to find ways to keep our home, but Option One is interested in quick selling and foreclosing our home.

Please somebody help!!!!
