we were paying 600.00 a month it jump up to almost 1000.00 monthly they want us to send information in again to review to see if the can reduce payments . when u call u get people u cant understand. they are a terrbile company. they say they can help and when u ask them they dont. they call everyday and sometimes dont leave messages. you would think they would really try to help homeowners for they dont loose their houses
shame on you option one ill never deal with them again .their is alot of people complaining about them

my mortgage was 792.84 and it went up almost triple then they took it down why wont they help people that pay on time and want to keep their homes.

I made a call to option one today first we got california then we lost them, than we got trans. to india. our payment was 1300-1800-now 2500. i am on disability. i get 2500, they say because we were short a coupleof months they would tack on int. and penaltys, now that took us one more step to foreclosure. they now want us to pay by end of month 4500. then every month for 11 months 3000. to handle their bogus rip off attorneys. i cant handle 2500 how can i do 3000 for 11 mths. they claim they want the house because its worth more to get it then to chase a homeowner. ***HELP*** we should form a group and make a lawsuit for millions. email me if you can help or want to form a group that can get action

Read mine (I put it under service by mistake) my payments went up 900.00 a month, i was 15.00 short on a payment last month so they sent it back and now want 3,000.00 by 3/25 AND if not paid sheriffs sale of my home on 4/10 /08 OPTION ONE KISS MY ***!!!!( I know your pain.)..
