I laugh..."Option One"...yes there is ONLY ONE option...you must pay or have your house taken from you. We are all victims of this sub prime lending SCAM!
It's hard to make arrangements when no one can freakin' understand you and they really don't give a rats A** about your situation anyway. Good Luck everyone....we're in this together..but alone in the fight unless we unite........

1. Written by tim welles, on 25-04-2009 11:28 My wife and I lost our home roughly 2 1/2 years ago. We were financed through Option one also, They had refused numerous payments. When I would call, I couldnot understand them, they could not understand me. Eventually they would not speak to us on the phone. They said I was too far behind to discuss. Tried saving our home through some other piece of crap company that took me for 2,000.00.. I forget their name , but I still have all the documentation put away. We lost our home. This was right before all of the bail out crap started happening. This home's down payment was made with money my wife got after her father passed away 5 years prior. It made me sick to know I was trying like *** to save it, but still was unsuccessful.

3. Written by Joan, on 06-12-2008 21:19 We know their games too well. They have held our payments and then turned around and charged late fees. Then apply payment short stating we did not pay the late fee - so the amount paid on our loan sits in a suspense account and only the "late fee" is applied on the account. Now it looks like I didn't even make my payment and they want to forclose because we didn't even know that all this was going on until it's too late. They send their invoices after payment was due. Currently we only pay by Western Union so that they can't screw with our payments. And yes, if you are late they don't care. They want you to be late so that they can take your home. This lender is so unwilling to work with you. They will ask you to make a payment and tell you they will delay a payment to help you but it never happens. Oh, then there's the every 1/2 hour call to your home phone, work phone and cell phones beginning at 7am and ending around 9PM. Hopefully there's help for us soon. I have read alot of complaints about this company.
4. Written by Anne, on 03-08-2008 16:10 Count me in! - I had to resort to sending my payments certified return receipt to prove they are receiving the payments prior to the 15th of the month, but they still post them after the 18th or 21st. Then they have said they never received my checks; so I had to get copies of the canceled checks - they still say they haven't received one of them! It's all harassment!

7. Written by lolcott, on 14-06-2008 18:34 count me in i'm disabled and they could care less and make you pay it. And when you are in repayment very high payments. They send to your credit report you are 30 days late intill you catch up and keep charging you late fees even though your payment is on time. They ruined my good credit.
